Zeynep Öztekbaş

Zeynep Öztekbaş has been the Head of Inward Investment team at the British Consulate in Istanbul since 2014, as part of the United Kingdom’s Department for Business and Trade. Her role is to support Turkish businesses to invest and establish operations in the UK. She worked in senior roles in international banking and was the Assistant General Manager for corporate and investment banking in Société Générale Istanbul Branch before she joined the UK Government. She also worked for ABN AMRO Bank NV Istanbul Branch for 12.5 years. She holds an MBA from Université libre de Bruxelles, Solvay Business School (through Jean Monnet Scholarship), and graduated from Middle East Technical University Business Administration Department.
