As a personal data owner, you can submit your applications regarding your rights under Article 11 of the Law by preparing a wet-signed petition and sending it either in person or by post/cargo to the address at Asmalımescit Mahallesi, İstiklal Sokak, Koçtuğhan Apt. Your application should be made to exercise the rights mentioned above and should include explanations related to the right you wish to exercise, clearly specifying the matter requested in the application. Information and documents related to the application must be attached to the application.

The subject of the request must be related to the applicant personally; however, if acting on behalf of someone else, the applicant must be specifically authorized to do so, and this authority must be documented (e.g., through a power of attorney). The application must also include identity and address information, and identity-verifying documents must be attached to the application. Requests made by unauthorized third parties on behalf of others will not be considered.

How Long Will It Take to Respond to Your Requests Regarding Your Personal Data?

Requests related to your personal data will be evaluated and responded to as quickly as possible and at most within 30 days from the date they are received by TRAI. If your request is accepted or denied with reasons explained, our response will be sent to the address specified in your application by mail or email, preferably by the method you used for the request. If the evaluation and decision-making process incurs an additional cost, the fee specified by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged.
