As an experienced technology entrepreneur, currently, Nigel Winship is working with the United Kingdom’s (UK) Department for Business and Trade as an AI Technical Specialist, and promoting the UK as an outstanding place to grow and scale AI focussed capability. He is the co-founder of People Matter, an innovative mental wellness technology startup that won a Tech Nation Rising Star award in 2019 and the CIPD Best People Analytics Solution in 2021. Sabio acquired People Matter in June 2022. Before People Matter, Nigel had three successful company exits in the last 15 years, two of which were founded, grown and then sold from start up. He is the Managing Director of IBM’s 2012 Software Partner of the Year, and Business Leader – Top 32 Technology Leader in South West (2021).
