Mr. Arslan began his career at İş Bank in 1997 as a Software Specialist and has since taken on various roles and responsibilities within different units of the bank. Since 2010, his focus has been on Data and Analytics. Most recently, he serves as the Area Leader of the Artificial Intelligence Agile Team, where central AI solutions are developed within İş Bank.
