Dr. Atilla Aydın

Dr. Atilla AYDIN has been working as a Unit Manager at the Digital Transformation Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey since 2020. He has more than 15 years of experience and outputs in digital transformation roadmap, change management and digital maturity analysis in the public and private sectors as well as academia. He pioneered the development of e-Government and National Artificial Intelligence Strategies. He is currently coordinating various digital strategies and high impact projects at national level. He also chairs the National Data Governance Working Group and is actively involved in data, digital and AI related projects and national delegations in international organizations such as OECD, UNESCO, EU, GPAI and G20. He has held several positions in different NGOs and is currently a member of the Central Board of Directors of the Informatics Association of Turkey.
