Onur Karaaslan has held senior operations management roles for more than 25 years at leading global and local companies such as Coca-Cola, Reckitt Benckiser, Danone, and Yıldız Holding. As Chief Availability Officer at Getir, he built the company’s supply chain operations and managed procurement and the Kuzeyden water operations. He then launched a water bottling company for the Turkish Red Crescent (Türk Kızılay) from the ground up as its founding general manager. Throughout his career, he has worked at operational, general management, and board levels across a wide range of structures, from global-scale transformations to startups and public institutions.
Through Honor Advisory, which he founded in 2025, he now provides strategic advisory services to management teams, hands-on executive support as a fractional executive, and management training, and leads companies’ AI transformation programs. He is also an advisor and mentor at İTÜ Çekirdek. He brings together his field experience in his book “Operasyonel Kırılma: Yapay Zeka Çağında Şirketin Yeniden Tasarımı” (Operational Breakpoint: Redesigning the Company in the Age of AI), written for board members and family business executives.
