At TRAI Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi (“TRAI”), we value the security of your personal data. Your personal data may be processed by TRAI, acting as the data controller, within the scope described below in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the “Law”). Through this Event Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Notice”), we would like to inform you about the personal data you share with us when registering for the Türkiye AI Summit (the “Summit”) and/or submitting a sponsorship inquiry.
Under Article 5(2) of the Law, and on the basis of our legitimate interests as the data controller, your full name, email address, telephone number, company/organization and job title are collected electronically by automated means through the contact form on our website to enable you to attend the Summit and/or initiate the sponsorship process.
TRAI undertakes to take all reasonable measures to protect your data and minimize the risk of unauthorized access and use. However, TRAI is not responsible for any security breach, misuse, alteration or deletion of data arising from third-party providers, including, but not limited to, online payment service providers.

We process your personal data for the organization of the Türkiye AI Summit and for various purposes related to your relationship with TRAI. In doing so, we rely on the legal bases provided for in the Law. The legal bases on which we rely and the corresponding processing purposes are set out in the table below.

For the purpose or purposes specified above, and subject to the transfer conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, your personal data may be transferred to the following recipients, only to the extent relevant to and limited to the purposes described in this Privacy Notice:
(i) Service providers from whom we receive email services;
(ii) Service providers that support us in areas such as hosting, storage, archiving and server services as part of our information security processes;
(iii) Our business partners and suppliers for the management of our promotional and communications services, collaborations carried out as part of the Türkiye AI Summit, and fulfillment of our statutory obligations;
(iv) Legally authorized public institutions and officials; and
(v) Consulting firms from which we receive support in legal and similar matters to ensure that our activities comply with applicable legislation.
As a data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:
You may submit requests to exercise these rights, prepared in accordance with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Requests to the Data Controller, by delivering a petition bearing your handwritten signature in person or by post/courier to Asmalımescit Mahallesi İstiklal Caddesi Koçtuğhan Apt. No: 178 Kat: 5 Beyoğlu/İstanbul, or electronically by email to [email protected].
Your requests concerning your personal data will be assessed and answered as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after receipt by TRAI. Whether your request is accepted or rejected with an explanation of the reasons, our response will be sent to the postal or email address specified in your request, using the same method by which you submitted your request where possible. If the assessment and decision-making process incurs an additional cost, the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will apply.
Your personal data will be retained for the periods specified in applicable legislation or for as long as required for the processing purposes described above. It will then be deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the Law.
I consent to the use of my personal data obtained in connection with the “Türkiye AI Summit” organized by TRAI Danışmanlık A.Ş. (TRAI) for the purpose of sending commercial communications, including advertisements, communications, promotional offers, marketing messages and newsletters, within the framework of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce.
