Tanel Temel
He is the Founding Partner and General Manager of Artiwise. He graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Mathematics Engineering in 2000, and completed his MBA at Doğuş University in 2013. Before his military service, he worked in various software companies to develop his skills. After completing his military service, he gained experience in software development engineering, team management, and digital solutions management at Toyota for about 4 years and Turkcell Global Bilgi for 8 years.
He founded Artiwise after recognizing the challenges large-scale companies faced in managing customer feedback. He saw the need for institutions to understand the voice of the customer, manage customer experience across all communication channels holistically, and do so efficiently using artificial intelligence. Artiwise, co-founded with another partner, is a CX & AI company focused on delivering sustainable customer satisfaction through AI-driven solutions. In 2023, Artiwise received investment from Boğaziçi Ventures, accelerating its marketing and sales activities. Its platform is used by major institutions in sectors such as Automotive, Finance, Retail, Telecom, and Call Centers. In 2024, Artiwise expanded its marketing and sales activities to the UK and the US. That same year, the company won two awards at the AI World Series Artificial Intelligence Competition for the best AI sentiment analysis product and the best AI financial and insurance solutions, competing against 60 companies from 22 countries.
He is married with a son. He enjoys sharing his experiences, providing education, and helping others at every opportunity. His daily activities include following technological advancements, improving his management and leadership skills, and reading books. His medium-term goal is to transform Artiwise into a global CX & AI company. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, football, skiing, and spending time with his family.
