Aleksander Popovskiy

Alexander Popovskiy is a business leader with extensive experience in the telecom and technology industries. As CEO of Yandex Search Türkiye, he is responsible for expanding the presence of Yandex Search in Türkiye.
Before joining Yandex, Alexander Popovskiy held several senior roles with two big telecom operators, MTS and Beeline. There he contributed to major innovations, including the launch of 3G and 4G mobile networks and the introduction of bundled and family service plans.
Alexander Popovskiy holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Vyatka State University, an MBA from London Business School, and a Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences.
