Önder Kaplancık
Zorlu Holding, General Manager of Technology and Artificial Intelligence
Önder Kaplancık graduated from the Department of Computer Engineering at Boğaziçi University in 1992. He began his career the same year as an Information Technology Analyst at Arçelik, a Koç Group company, and then worked as a Project Manager at Koçfinans. During his time at Koçfinans, he completed the Koç University Executive MBA program, receiving his master’s degree in 1999, and was promoted to Deputy IT Manager in the same period.
Önder Kaplancık joined Teknosa in 2000 as IT Manager and was promoted to IT Director in 2006. In 2010, he was appointed Deputy General Manager for Information Systems and Operations Support. At Teknosa, in addition to his responsibilities in information systems, he led logistics, after-sales services, customer services, risk management, quality and strategy processes.
Following his career at Teknosa, he moved to CarrefourSA as IT and E-Commerce Director, managing the company’s technology and e-commerce operations. He then served as CTO at Hepsiburada between 2017 and 2018.
In September 2018, Önder Kaplancık took on the role of General Manager at KoçDigital. After KoçDigital, he continued his professional career as CEO of Eclit and IT Director at Yorglass. He joined Zorlu Holding in April 2025 and currently serves as General Manager of Technology and Artificial Intelligence at Zorlu Holding.
