Oğuz Kaya serves as Deputy General Manager responsible for Sales, Customer and Marketing at Bulutistan. Leading the Sales, Customer Experience, Finance Cloud and Marketing teams, he drives revenue management, go-to-market strategies and commercial growth through direct sales and partner channels.
In addition to public, private and hybrid cloud, he focuses on expanding the adoption of AI Cloud, GPU infrastructure and LLMaaS solutions. Together with business partners, he works to turn cloud and AI technologies into measurable business outcomes for organizations.
Having held senior executive positions at technology companies throughout his career, Kaya studied at Middle East Technical University (METU) and the University of Groningen. He is a member of TÜBİSAD.
