Çağrı Gürkan graduated from the Department of Management Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and went on to gain more than five years of experience in business development at banks and e-commerce companies. Having joined Trendyol eight years ago, Çağrı Gürkan now serves as Head of Product, leading product management across the developer platform, data management, ML platform, customer experience, AI-driven tools, and order operations.
