Esin began her career in data analytics in 2010 and today works at the intersection of data analytics and artificial intelligence. She leads projects that put agentic workflows to work on enterprise data, and delivers training programs that help business professionals engage effectively with AI systems. Throughout her career, she has played key roles in designing data analytics and data science systems for major Turkish and international companies, and today she regularly advises companies within Türkiye's leading business groups.
At 4e Academy, which she co-founded, she designs and delivers training programs focused on artificial intelligence and data analytics. She is also active in impact initiatives, serving as Director of Education at TRAI Academy and as the Türkiye representative of the International Business Communication Standards (IBCS – ISO 24896) Association.
She is also the project owner of 4e Academy's TÜBİTAK-supported Financial Analysis AI Agent project. The agent analyzes companies' financial data and answers questions with text, tables, and charts; the project brings an AI system that works with enterprise data to life end to end, from design through evaluation.
She graduated from Galatasaray High School in 2006, from the Department of Management Engineering at Istanbul Technical University in 2010, and from the Data Analytics Master's Program at Sabancı University in 2016.
