Nevzat Yavan is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Esas Gayrimenkul. With more than 27 years of experience in the real estate sector, he has led concept development, leasing, and asset management processes in over 80 projects throughout his career. A graduate of Marmara University’s Faculty of Communication, Yavan held various positions in the shopping mall sector before serving for many years as a senior executive at JLL, and later became one of the founding partners of Mergen Property Management. Since 2018, he has been serving as COO of Esas Gayrimenkul, focusing on the development and management of the company’s assets as well as the evaluation of new investment opportunities. Passionate about digitalization and sustainability, Nevzat Yavan also actively supports numerous non-governmental organizations, contributing to the transformation of the sector.
