Fatma GÜMÜŞ graduated from Dokuz Eylül University's Industrial Engineering Department in 2012. She completed her master's degree in Information Technologies at MEF University in 2022. She has worked specifically on machine learning technologies that enable emotion recognition from speech, speech-to-text conversion, and text-to-speech conversion. Her entire 15-year work experience has been in banking, where she has held roles as an IT business analyst, data scientist, and research and development engineer. In addition to banking application development, she has successfully developed and implemented analytical solutions that support decision-making processes in areas such as Customer Relationship Management and Marketing.
