Cemal Yerlikaya - Docyrus, Co-Founder & COO
Cemal Yerlikaya holds two university degrees: one from Istanbul Technical University (İTÜ) in Mathematical Engineering and another from Anadolu University in Business Administration. He began his professional career before finishing his studies and gained experience across many different sectors, including information technology, electronics retail, e-commerce, telecom infrastructure, and international brand management and distribution. From the age of 26, he took on managerial roles at large-scale companies such as Huawei, Electroworld, and Motorola.
After an 11-year corporate career, Yerlikaya embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, launching his own venture in the IT sector and becoming a partner at Kiva Teknoloji. Since day one he has served as COO, responsible for planning the company’s sales growth strategies, managing business partnerships, and overseeing operations. With its KivaCRM brand developed in the field of CRM and Business Intelligence Applications, Kiva Teknoloji serves more than 300 clients across 40+ industries, including leading brands such as Vodafone, Peugeot, Acıbadem Group, Akzo Nobel, Opel, Citroën, Fenerbahçe, and Trabzonspor.
At the same time, Yerlikaya serves as Co-Founder & COO at Docyrus, Inc., which was established in the United States in 2021 with the Kiva Teknoloji team and seed funding. With the company’s ‘end-to-end AI-based B2B application development and publishing platform,’ he plays an active role in expanding into global markets and driving the company’s growth, contributing significantly both to the transformation of technology-focused business models and to accelerating innovation on a global scale.
Cemal Yerlikaya’s interests and areas of expertise include entrepreneurship, sales leadership, management of sales and procurement processes, corporate communications and negotiation, business development, artificial intelligence, cloud business applications, SaaS, low-code/no-code platforms, business intelligence, strategic planning, team management, and business analysis. Outside of work, he makes time for travel, active sports, and fishing.
