Ahmet Can Şit is a technology program host and producer. He began his journalism career in 2010 at Radikal Newspaper, focusing on technology-related stories within the Economics Desk. His investigative piece titled “We Have Your GSM Number” earned him the Economy Award of the Year from the Turkish Journalists’ Association (TGC). During this time, he completed his master’s degree in Information and Technology Law at Bilgi University’s Faculty of Law. After a brief period writing for Webrazzi, he joined the Economics Desk of Hürriyet Newspaper in 2013 as Technology Editor, where he covered technology trends in the Sunday editions. At the end of 2016, he launched the Hürriyet Startup pages and later produced and hosted the “Technology Everywhere” program on CNN Türk, which aired for more than 120 episodes. After leaving Hürriyet and CNN Türk, he founded his own production company, ACS Media. He is currently producing and hosting “Tekno Hayat”, a weekly program broadcast every Saturday at 11:30 on NTV, which explores the latest developments and trends in technology.
