Safa Burak Gürleyen is the Founder & Managing Director of AIFA TURKEY and a senior leader at AiFA Labs (US), driving enterprise Generative & Agentic AI initiatives. He graduated from the Turkish Military Academy in 2007 (BSc in Business & Systems Management) and served in the Turkish Armed Forces in HR, IT and cybersecurity roles. He holds a PhD in Information Management from Hacettepe University (2020). Over 15 years, he has worked as a software developer, AI engineer, team lead, project manager, solution architect, and CTO. He currently focuses on governed, scalable GenAI & AgenticAI solutions, observability, and compliant deployment—spearheading the Cerebro Enterprise GenAI Platform.
