Bayram Erol began his professional career at KPMG after graduating from Marmara University with a degree in Business Administration. He served as CFO at Yıldız Holding Group and United Group, then continued his career at Arz Portföy and Inveo Portföy. With 18 years of professional experience, Erol specializes in GSYF, GYF investments, structuring, income statement management, budgeting, M&A transactions, valuation, and IFRS. He has been involved in over 50 investment closings and contributed to the acquisition processes of assets totaling 150 MW in the energy sector.
