He was born in Elazığ in 1991. He received his bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Fırat University in 2013. He completed his master's degree at Gazi University in 2018. After working in software development at Innova Bilişim Çözümleri and Türkiye Kalkınma Bankası between 2013 and 2019, he began working as an Assistant Defense Industry Specialist at the Cyber Security and Information Systems Department of the Presidency of Defense Industries of the Republic of Turkey in 2019. Since 2024, he has continued his role as Artificial Intelligence Manager at the same institution. He is married and has one child.
