He has over 20 years of experience in AI, having earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Harvard University and his Master’s degree from Stanford University’s AI Lab. Dr. Yu specializes in applying AI technologies to the field of machine learning and empowering business decision-making through data analysis. In 2012, he founded Appier, a company built with AI at its core, with the vision of democratizing AI by making software intelligent and transforming AI into measurable investment returns to drive business growth. Dr. Yu was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, making him the only honoree from Taiwan and positioning Appier as the only AI company recognized from Asia.
