Since June 2023, Erdinç Uğurlu has been serving as the Global Information Technology Director at Temsa Skoda Sabancı Transportation, leading the company’s digital and artificial intelligence transformation. A graduate of Istanbul Technical University, Uğurlu worked on transformation projects at Bizitek and Coca-Cola İçecek, established the IT department of Konica Minolta Turkey, and later served as Application Development Manager in Europe. After leading the retail digital transformation at Domino’s Pizza Turkey and gaining entrepreneurial experience, he joined Pegasus Airlines as Vice President of Business Solutions, where he played a key role in initiatives such as the Flypgs web/mobile transformation and identity-based travel. During the pandemic, he served as CIO of Remed Assistance, driving digital transformation projects in the healthcare and insurance assistance sectors. Today at Temsa, he continues to shape the company’s technology vision through his work in data and AI transformation, digital channels, innovation, and smart systems.
